Having been a mental health therapist for over 15 years, using a faith-based approach and a strong toolbox of strategies, I have had the opportunity to help individuals transform their lives.
In our first session we will do an intake to find out history of symptoms, any past counseling, what has worked and what has not, and goals to work on now. You will have the opportunity to ask me any questions as well. Then we will make a treatment plan together and decide on how to proceed.

I’ve also worked in the school system, helping to strengthen children and families with special needs and support services.
